Now, enjoy the convenience of Ayush care OPD needs cashless credit treatment upto Rs. 2 Lacs at any Ayush Doctor, Ayush Centres and Clinics of your choice, regardless of whether it is part of the scheme’s network or not.

Our members can now access Cashless Credit treatment at network Ayush Doctor, Ayush Centres and Clinics only.

How it works:

• • Members may reach out to Sanjivani Welfare Society TPA via our Customer Care HelpLine : +91-8808662255 or Website www.sanjivaniwelfares.com for any queries.
• • All requests for Paid or Cashless credit treatment at a Network or non-network Ayush Doctor, Centres and Clinics have to be initiated by the customer or Ayush Doctor, Centres and Clinics by sending a treatment request to Sanjivani welfare Society TPA at [email protected] (Click here for MOU Hospitals)
• • On receipt of the request from the customer or Ayush Doctor, Centres and Clinics, the SWS Networking team will connect with the Ayush Doctor, Centres and Clinics to collect certain mandatory documents, such as KYC documents and a brief MOU based on which treatment requests may be authorized.
• • SWS will evaluate the credentials of the Ayush Doctor, Centres and Clinics and scrutinize the documents.
• • The cashless credit facility will be extended subject to satisfactory completion of the documentation and approval of the SWS.
• • Cashless Credit request may not be authorized if the scheme terms and conditions do not cover the treatment or Eligibility (Subject to Cibil and Non payable capacity).

Important points to note:

• • Non-network Ayush Doctor, Centres and Clinics should send the request for cashless credit to Sanjivani Welfare Society TPA at least 48 hours prior to the date of register treatment for all elective procedures.
• • Cashless credit requests for emergency treatments need to be shared within 48 hours of the register treatment. Cashless credit will be provided only if the Ayush Doctor, Centres and Clinics fulfils the criteria as prescribed by the Ayush Arogyam Scheme that has issued the request.
